Synopsis
Neo-Osaka, 2147. Detective Kai Shimada works the graveyard shift in a city where memories can be bought, sold, and erased. When a routine case leads him to a black-market memory chip containing the last moments of the city’s missing governor, Kai becomes the target of forces that would kill to keep the truth buried.
